¿Protect pages outside the member folder?

Hi. I was trying to install this user management system into my existing site. I have uploaded the system to the "members" folder and it seems to work but I can only add permissons to pages into this folder and I want to protect my already existing pages into my root folder and into other folders (I have my site organized in several folders). Is it possible?

Also, I would like to have different redirect pages. Is it possible to customize it for every login attempt?
